  • 摘要: 電子儀器泄復(fù)壓試驗(yàn)是載人航天系統(tǒng)工程中的一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。文章介紹了北京衛(wèi)星環(huán)境工程研究所泄復(fù)壓試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的改造目的以及改造方案,重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用理論研究的方法即泄壓設(shè)計(jì)分析與復(fù)壓設(shè)計(jì)分析,使改造后的設(shè)備同時滿足兩類技術(shù)要求,并結(jié)合工程試驗(yàn)研究加以驗(yàn)證。通過調(diào)試試驗(yàn)證明,改造后的設(shè)備滿足相應(yīng)的技術(shù)要求,可以保證泄復(fù)壓試驗(yàn)的順利進(jìn)行。

     

    Abstract: The depressurization and repressurization test of electronic instrument is a key technique in the development of a manned spacecraft system. This paper presents the modification scheme for the devices of the depressurization and repressurization test. Based on the depressurization design analysis and the repressurization design analysis, the modified devices are made to satisfy the two categories of technical requirements, which is verified by experimental studies. It is shown through the debugging test that the modified devices can meet the relevant technical requirements, which can ensure the smooth operation of the depressurization and repressurization test.
