微重力落塔電磁懸吊、釋放技術(shù)研究

Technique of Electromagnetic Hanging and Releasing for Micro-Gravity Falling Tower

  • 摘要: 電磁懸吊、釋放、提升機構(gòu)是微重力落塔的一個主要分系統(tǒng)。文章論述了微重力落塔電磁懸吊、釋放、提升機構(gòu)研制的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及難點、電磁釋放過程的特性分析以及微重力落塔實際試驗的情況。采用萬向架懸吊結(jié)構(gòu)和電磁釋放過程可調(diào)技術(shù)解決了落塔微重力試驗落艙釋放的技術(shù)難題,實現(xiàn)了釋放過程可調(diào)和控制,減少和降低了落艙釋放的干擾,保證了落艙的微重力水平。實驗結(jié)果表明:落艙釋放平穩(wěn),下落狀態(tài)無傾斜,完成了電磁釋放全過程并安全回收。

     

    Abstract: The electromagnetic hanging and releasing machine is a subsystem of the micro-gravity falling tower. The key techniques, the electromagnetic releasing processes, and the micro-gravity experiment using the falling tower are discussed in this paper. Gimbal suspension device and electromagnetic releasing adjusting technology are used, so that the releasing process can be adjusted and controlled to reduce the interference and guarantee the micro-gravity level of the falling module. The experiment results show that the falling module is released smoothly and steadily and the falling state does not deviate from its vertical direction, and the falling module is recovered successfully.
