質(zhì)量特性調(diào)整機構(gòu)在航天器中的應(yīng)用

Applications of mass trim mechanism in spacecraft

摘要: 質(zhì)量特性調(diào)整機構(gòu)具有成本低、體積小、重量輕、工作壽命長、可靠性高的優(yōu)點，被用于在軌精確調(diào)整航天器的質(zhì)量特性，從而確保航天器能夠提供高精度的姿軌控以及部分有效載荷的正常工作。文章首先介紹了質(zhì)量特性調(diào)整機構(gòu)的設(shè)計原理和方案，以及在航天器中的應(yīng)用情況和研究現(xiàn)狀；其次對質(zhì)量特性調(diào)整機構(gòu)需要解決的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析；最后對其在我國航天活動中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract: In order to ensure accurate control and effective operation of payload, the mass trim mechanism is used in adjusting mass properties precisely, which features low cost, small in volume and weight, long service life, and high reliability. This paper reviews the concept and schemes of the mass trim mechanism, together with its applications and recent development, and discusses some key technologies related to this mechanism. At the end, some prospective applications of mass trim mechanism in our country’s space explorations are suggested.
