首次交會(huì)對(duì)接任務(wù)發(fā)射場(chǎng)推進(jìn)劑加注安全保障條件改進(jìn)

Improvement of safety assurance conditions during spacecraft propellant injection procedure for China's first rendezvous and docking mission

摘要: 載人航天器加注是航天器研制過(guò)程中安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最高、危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)工序最多的環(huán)節(jié)，必須采取嚴(yán)密的安全防護(hù)措施，確保萬(wàn)無(wú)一失。通過(guò)實(shí)踐探索積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)，全面周密的設(shè)計(jì)論證，對(duì)原有加注硬件條件進(jìn)行改造，工作流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，從而大幅提高本質(zhì)安全度，并在首次交會(huì)對(duì)接任務(wù)中加以應(yīng)用和驗(yàn)證，取得了良好的效果，圓滿完成了“天宮一號(hào)”、“神舟八號(hào)”發(fā)射任務(wù)的加注工作。

Abstract: The propellant injection for spacecraft at the launch site is the most dangerous procedure in the whole R&D process, which involves many dangerous operations. Strict protective measures must be taken to avoid any mistakes. Based on the experience of previous practices, and by adequate design and discussion aimed at improving the current hardware conditions, the operation procedures for propellant injection of spacecrafts are optimized with a great enhancement of the intrinsic safety. These approaches have been applied in China's first rendezvous and docking mission, which brings about successful accomplishment of the propellant injection of the Tiangong-I and Shenzhou-VIII spacecraft.
