材料熱膨脹系數(shù)對(duì)太陽電池板應(yīng)力的影響
Effect of Thermal Property on the Stress Distribution in Solar Panel

摘要: 文章利用解析法研究了材料熱膨脹系數(shù)對(duì)溫度場中太陽電池板最大應(yīng)力的影響。分析結(jié)果表明:聚酰亞胺及與其相鄰的硅橡膠中存在最大拉壓及切應(yīng)力,選用較低熱膨脹系數(shù)的聚酰亞胺薄膜可以顯著降低結(jié)構(gòu)最大應(yīng)力值。Abstract: Effect of thermal property on the stress of solar panel in thermal field is studied by analytical method. The analytic results show that the maximum of tensile, press and shear stress found themselves in the layers of polyimide film and adjacent silicon rubber. Maximal stress in structure is decreased remarkably by choice of polyimide film of lower thermal expansion.
