太陽電池陣鎖定沖擊試驗(yàn)方法

The locking impact test for the solar cell array

  • 摘要: 為了研究太陽電池陣展開到位時產(chǎn)生的鎖定沖擊對衛(wèi)星本體或驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)等裝置的影響,需要對沖擊力矩的大小進(jìn)行測試。文章通過鎖定沖擊試驗(yàn)對鎖定瞬間太陽電池陣根部產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)變進(jìn)行采集;然后對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析、處理,獲取了太陽電池陣到位鎖定時的沖擊力矩,并將試驗(yàn)值與仿真分析的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比對,證明了該試驗(yàn)方法的有效性;最后針對衛(wèi)星在軌運(yùn)行環(huán)境與地面試驗(yàn)環(huán)境的差異,提出了試驗(yàn)改進(jìn)措施。

     

    Abstract: To study the influence of locking impact on the satellite body or devices such as SADA during the deployment of the solar array, the impact torque needs to be measured. In this paper, the strain in the hinge roots of the solar array is recorded in a locking impact test at the lock-on moment, then the locking impact torque is calculated according to the strain. Comparison between the test data and the simulation data shows that this test method is effective, and some improvement measures are proposed based on the difference of the environment of satellite in orbit and that in ground test.
