基于熱流密度仿真計算的曲面紅外燈陣優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法

An optimization method for the design of curved surface IR LED array based on heat flux simulation

  • 摘要: 文章主要針對形狀復(fù)雜的月球探測器的熱流模擬問題進行研究。基于遺傳算法與復(fù)合形算法,采取雙目標、變尺度網(wǎng)格的優(yōu)化策略建立了紅外燈陣熱流優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法。應(yīng)用單燈熱流分布計算模型生成單燈熱流分布數(shù)據(jù)庫,解決了反光板反射熱流問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了紅外燈陣熱流分布仿真計算方法。結(jié)果表明熱流分布仿真計算具有較高的準確度,速度快,能夠滿足優(yōu)化設(shè)計的需要,可以有效提高熱流分布均勻性。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the simulation of heat flux on complex-shaped lunar detector in thermal tests. The optimization design of infrared lamp array is realized by using duel-objective and variable metric grid strategy based on genetic algorithm and complex algorithm. The heat flux distribution database is generated based on the calculation of the heat flux distribution of a single lamp. The problem of the heat flux reflection from the reflective baffles is thus solved. A simulation method for calculating the infrared lamp array heat flux is established on the basis of these models. The method enjoys a good accuracy and a short computing time, which can meet the need for optimal design in effectively increasing the uniformity.
