  • 摘要: 針對(duì)航天用元器件傳統(tǒng)鑒定考核方法的局限性,,文章提出了一種改進(jìn)的可靠性保證方法,其核心在于以元器件鑒定試驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),,結(jié)合航天應(yīng)用的實(shí)際背景以及元器件的自身特性制定評(píng)估試驗(yàn)方案,,對(duì)元器件的耐受力裕度、實(shí)際性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),。將該方法應(yīng)用于航天器用1553B數(shù)據(jù)總線隔離變壓器的評(píng)估,,得出了在不同應(yīng)用條件下其電性能參數(shù)的變化趨勢(shì)以及與進(jìn)口同類樣品間電參數(shù)的比對(duì)結(jié)果,并對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)與航天型號(hào)要求的符合性以及極限性能指標(biāo)等進(jìn)行了評(píng)估驗(yàn)證,。結(jié)果表明,,該方法可以充分驗(yàn)證航天用元器件研制的成熟度和在航天工程中的適用度,為元器件的研制和應(yīng)用提供全面參考依據(jù),。

     

    Abstract: An application validation method for space components, as an enhanced reliability insurance approach, is proposed to verify the maturity and the adaptability of the components. It is based on the conventional qualification test of components, while taking account of the component's application background and its characteristics, to form an assessment scheme to evaluate the component's tolerance margin and actual performance. This method is implemented to ewduate the space-level 1553B data bus isolation transformer. The variations of its electrical parameters in different application conditions are obtained, with a comparison between the domestic·made and the imported similar products. Verification is also made whether its structure satisfies the aerospace requirements and the requirements for its limit performance. It is shown that this method is practical and carl provide a comprehensive reference basis for the development of space components.
