Strength and stability analysis of vacuum vessel for the spacecraft-level vacuum thermal test

  • 摘要: 空間環(huán)境模擬器真空容器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)必須考慮外壓載荷和設(shè)備載荷,進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)分析計(jì)算,使其結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠。文章采用有限元方法計(jì)算分析了容器的強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性,獲得了復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)載荷下的應(yīng)力和臨界屈曲壓力,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)容器進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià),所得結(jié)果可為容器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供可靠的依據(jù)。

     

    Abstract: The vacuum vessel is the main part of a space environment simulator, to be used for the spacecraft-level vacuum thermal test. In view of safety and reliability, the loads (such as the external pressure and the deadweight) must be accurately calculated when the vacuum vessel is designed. The stability analysis based on the finite element method is carried out in order to acquire the stress and the critical instability pressure. By the estimation and the analysis for the stress intensity and the stability, reliable results can be obtained for the vacuum vessel’s design and manufacture.
