Study on the Degradation of Spacecraft Film Material with AO Interaction

  • 摘要: 文章對Kapton材料及鍍膜Kapton材料進行了原子氧環(huán)境實驗研究。通過采用SEM、XPS、光譜計、微量電子天平、高阻計對實驗前后的樣品進行了表面形貌、表面成分、太陽吸收率、質(zhì)損、表面電阻率的分析和表征,對于Kapton材料及鍍膜Kapton材料在原子氧環(huán)境效應下的退化規(guī)律有所認識。

     

    Abstract: The degradation of Kapton and plating Kapton with AO interaction is discussed. The samples before and after experiments are studied and analyzed carefully in surface morphology, surface composition, solar absorptance, mass and surface resistivity, using SEM , XPS , reflectometer , microelectronic balance and high resistance meter.
