國產(chǎn)高模量碳纖維抗真空紫外輻照性能試驗研究

The anti-VUV irradiation performance of domestic-made high-modulus carbon fiber

  • 摘要: 通過地面模擬試驗研究了真空紫外輻照對國產(chǎn)BHM3高模量碳纖維質(zhì)量損失率的影響,并采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、原子力顯微鏡(AFM)和X射線光電子能譜(XPS)儀對輻照前后的樣品進(jìn)行微觀分析。結(jié)果表明,隨著真空紫外輻照劑量增加,碳纖維質(zhì)損率呈現(xiàn)先增加后平緩現(xiàn)象,質(zhì)量損失率較少;紫外輻照作用前后碳纖維表面形貌和元素組成基本未變,說明其具有良好的抗紫外輻照性能。

     

    Abstract: The effect of the vacuum ultraviolet(VUV)irradiation on the mass loss ratio of domestic. made high. modulus carbon fibers is investigated by using the space combined radiation simulator. SEM, AFM alld XPS are used to characterize the surface morphology and the composition of the BHM3 HM carbon fiber before and aner VUV irradiation. It is shown that the mass loss ratio increases a little under the influence, lower than approximately 500 esh, and then tends to maimain a constant level, essentially wimout chaIlge in the surface morphology and composition of BHM3 HM carbon fiber. It implied that the domestic-made high-modulus carbon fiber has a good performance to resist VUV irradiation.
