激光驅(qū)動微小碎片對石英玻璃撞擊損傷效應(yīng)試驗(yàn)研究

Test study of damages of opfical materials impacted by laser-driven micro debris

  • 摘要: 空間碎片撞擊對航天器表面材料性能具有很重要的影響。文章從碎片對材料撞擊作用角度出發(fā),使用激光驅(qū)動飛片技術(shù)對光學(xué)玻璃進(jìn)行了撞擊試驗(yàn)研究。為了便于對撞擊損傷機(jī)理的研究和效應(yīng)評價,開展了單次撞擊試驗(yàn)和多次撞擊試驗(yàn),并對這些試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了測試分析。試驗(yàn)表明:高速飛片與撞擊靶損傷處有很好的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,且高速飛片撞擊對石英玻璃表面造成了損傷結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致光透過率下降。

     

    Abstract: The effects of space debris impact on the surface properties of spacecraft materials are great. To investigate the interaction between the debris and the spacecraft materials, ground simulation tests of micro-debris impacted on optical quartz glass are carried out by the laser-driven flyer technology. In order to study the mechanism of the impact damage and the effect evaluation, tests of single impact and multiple impacts are carried out, respectively. The results show that there is a good correspondence between the high-speed flyer and the impact damage of the target glass; and the surface structural damages are caused by the impact of high-speed flyers, which would reduce the optical transmittance of the quartz glass.
