Selection and control of nonmetallic materials used in the sealed cabin of manned spacecraft

  • 摘要: 載人航天器非金屬材料控制是保證航天員安全和航天器順利完成飛行任務(wù)的重要因素。文章對非金屬材料控制的主要要素進(jìn)行了分析，制定了選用要求，提出了控制方法和措施，并對非金屬材料阻燃、有害氣體脫出及質(zhì)量損失等性能進(jìn)行了專項(xiàng)篩選試驗(yàn)及總體封艙檢測，從而獲得了載人航天器密封艙內(nèi)非金屬材料選用清單。

     

    Abstract: The control of nonmetallic materials is a key issue in assuring the astronaut safety and the success of the mission. This paper analyzes the main factors of the control, including the material selection criteria in the ground stage, and the method of the control of in-flight materials. Specific tests are carried out for verifying a particular performance of a certain kind of material, such as the combustibility, the outgassing, and the mass loss. The recommended list of qualified materials is established.
