  • 摘要: 隨著航天器批量化生產(chǎn)及新型號研制進(jìn)程加快,,航天器真空熱試驗需求越來越多樣,,試驗溫度測量與控制的復(fù)雜程度越來越高,現(xiàn)有測控系統(tǒng)逐漸暴露出固有缺陷,。文章針對測控電氣系統(tǒng),,基于統(tǒng)一建模語言(UML)分析并提出了系統(tǒng)模型,提高了試驗設(shè)備信息的處理能力,,增強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計人機(jī)交互的規(guī)范性,,改進(jìn)了試驗進(jìn)行時狀態(tài)跟蹤效果。通過實際的案例應(yīng)用,,展示了通過電氣模型提高試驗可靠性的過程,。

     

    Abstract: With the bulk and scale production of spacecraft and the accelerated process of the new model development, the spacecraft vacuum thermal tests are required in more and more diverse conditions. For example, the temperature measurement and control is becoming more and more complicated. and the existing system gradually shows its inherent inadequacy. This paper focuses on the measurement and control electrical system, based on the united modeling language (UML) analysis and a system model is proposed to increase the information processing capability of the test equip ment, to enhance the system design human-computer interaction level, and thus to improve the state tracking functions during the test. It is demonstrated through the actual case application that the reliability of the test is enhanced by the electric model.
