    Abstract: Along with the requirements of longer life, better performance and higher reliability for spacecraft, the molecular contamination becomes more and more important to the success of a mission. The numerical simulation, as the main method for evaluating contamination level, is reviewed in this paper, including simulation models and analysis methods for contamination source, transport, and deposition.
