大型衛(wèi)星整流罩分離沖擊載荷分析研究

The studies on the impact force for separation of the large payload fairing

  • 摘要: 文章利用工程熱力學(xué)理論計算了運載火箭整流罩分離用爆炸螺栓的沖擊力,同時采用了單只爆炸螺栓沖量測試數(shù)據(jù),運用動力學(xué)響應(yīng)分析的直接積分法和NASTRAN有限元程序?qū)Ζ?800整流罩在16只爆炸螺栓起爆分離下引起的彈射筒鎖緊銷動載荷進行了仿真分析。分析與試驗結(jié)果對比分析表明,數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)律一致性較好,計算結(jié)果具有較高的可信度。文章較好地解決了高頻沖擊響應(yīng)計算不易收斂和高階模態(tài)精度差的問題。將分析方法應(yīng)用于其它類似型號的整流罩,也具有較高的精度。

     

    Abstract: According to thermodynamics theory, the impact force for separation of the launch vehicle fair is calculated. The test data for a single explosive bolt and the method of direct integral dynamic response are combined to simulate the dynamic load on sixteen bolts during separation of a Φ3800 faiingr. Consistent results are obtained, which agree very well with the experiment results. It is shown that the methods used in this paper can improve the precision and eliminate the ill-conditioned influences.
