小衛(wèi)星空間模擬器KM3B的研制

Development of KM3B Space Simulator

  • 摘要: 空間模擬器是用來模擬空間的真空、冷黑及太陽輻照環(huán)境,完成衛(wèi)星的熱平衡、熱真空試驗(yàn),滿足衛(wèi)星研制需要的關(guān)鍵地面大型試驗(yàn)設(shè)備。文章概要介紹了研制的一臺有效試驗(yàn)空間為φ3 800 mm×4 800 mm的空間模擬器的組成、采用的模擬技術(shù)、調(diào)試及使用情況。使用結(jié)果表明:該設(shè)備的各系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、可靠,模擬室的真空度、污染量、熱沉溫度、紅外熱流模擬系統(tǒng)、溫度測量系統(tǒng)等均能滿足衛(wèi)星整星熱平衡、熱真空試驗(yàn)的要求。

     

    Abstract: Space simulator is a large-scale ground test facility used to simulate the satellite environment of vacuum, cold-black and solar radiation in the space in order to carry out the thermal balance and thermal vacuum tests for the development of the satellite. The composition, simulation technology, debugging and service conditions of the space simulator KM3B with an effective test volume of φ3 700 mm×4 800 mm are presented, which is developed by Beijing Institute of Spacecraft Environment Engineering. The results show that the systems of the facility work reliably and the performances of the vacuum, contamination, sink temperature, infrared heat simulator and temperature measurement system can meet the requirements of the vacuum thermal test.
