吸槍檢漏法的原理研究

The principle of the sniffing probe method

  • 摘要: 航天器的單點漏率測試通常采用氦質(zhì)譜吸槍檢漏法,因此,該方法的合理性研究具有重要的工程意義。文章首次建立了吸槍檢漏法的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并通過理論分析得到了被檢件的漏率與檢漏儀顯示值的定量關(guān)系。其次,通過大量試驗間接證明了該模型的正確性。最后,證明了氦質(zhì)譜吸槍比對法的理論合理性。結(jié)果表明:用吸槍檢漏法測單點的漏率具有較好的合理性,所得結(jié)論可以為吸槍法檢漏的具體實施提供重要的理論依據(jù)。

     

    Abstract: The helium mass spectrum sniffing probe method is widely used in the process of the single point leak testing for the spacecraft. In this paper a mathematical model of the sniffing probe method is built and based on the model, the quantitative relationship between the leak rate of the testing object and the displayed value of the leak detector is obtained. This model is then validated by a great number of tests. Finally, the theoretical basis of the sniffing probe comparison method is analyzed. The results show that the sniffing probe method is reliable for measuring the single point leak rate.
