  • 摘要: 航天器真空熱試驗的污染物成分分析是識別污染源、進行有效污染控制的基礎。文章采用擦拭等方法收集敏感表面污染物;丙酮溶液洗脫污染物;氣相色譜-質譜聯(lián)用方法對污染物進行成分分析。文章對某星太陽電池板真空熱試驗中出現(xiàn)的污染物進行了定性分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)該類污染物為甲基苯基硅氧烷,來源于太陽電池組件所用粘結劑。文章還對衛(wèi)星OSR表面和太陽電池板表面真空熱試驗后的殘留鄰苯二甲酸酯類殘留污染物進行了定量分析。

     

    Abstract: Composition analysis of contaminant in thermal vacuum tests for spacecraft is the basis for the identification of the contaminant source and the effective control of contamination. The wiping method was used to collect deposits, which was then dissolved in acetone. The solution was analyzed by using GC/MS to identify and quantify the constituents of the contaminant. The contaminant found in a solar array thermal vacuum test was analyzed and it is shown to be methylphenylsilicone, which comes from adhesives for the solar cell. Residues of phthalates on satellite OSR and solar array surfaces were analyzed and quantified.
