提高航天器超聲檢漏靈敏度的方法研究

  • 摘要: 應(yīng)用超聲進(jìn)行航天器艙體及管道系統(tǒng)檢漏是一種可快速定位漏點(diǎn)的無(wú)損檢測(cè)方法,從試驗(yàn)方法及信號(hào)處理上可以有效提高各種工況下的檢漏靈敏度。文章對(duì)非接觸超聲檢漏提高有效湍流強(qiáng)度增強(qiáng)超聲信號(hào)和接觸超聲檢漏改變信號(hào)帶通頻率這兩種方法進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果顯示,采用這兩種方法均能增強(qiáng)有效信號(hào)強(qiáng)度,提高檢漏靈敏度。

     

    Abstract: Ultrasonic leak testing is an efficient non destructive testing method for locating leak sources in spacecraft and pipe systems, and its sensitivity can be improved by adopting appropriate methods of experiment and signal processing. Two kinds of experiments are carried out to find ways that may improve the leak tesing sensitivity: one is to enhance the effective turbulence intensity in a noncontact method, the other is to switch the threshold frequency band in a contact method. The results show that the two methods can both increase the effective signal intensity, thus enhance the leak tesing sensitivity.
