真空環(huán)境對(duì)防靜電熱控涂層導(dǎo)電性能的影響
Influence of vacuum environment on electrical properties of antistatic thermal control coatings

摘要: 文章通過試驗(yàn)研究了近紫外輻照前后的真空環(huán)境對(duì)防靜電熱控涂層的電學(xué)性能影響,,探討了真空環(huán)境對(duì)防靜電熱控涂層電學(xué)性能影響的機(jī)理,給出了地面模擬試驗(yàn)過程中關(guān)于數(shù)據(jù)分析的建議,。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):真空環(huán)境將引起防靜電熱控涂層的表面電阻率降低,、導(dǎo)電性能增強(qiáng),而氧空位的增加和吸附氧的釋放則是其表面電阻率降低的主要原因,。Abstract: This paper studies the influence of vacuum environment on electrical properties of antistatic thermal control coatings by experiments and analysis of the influence mechanism. Some proposals are made on the data analysis of ground simulation tests for antistatic thermal control coatings. It is shown that the surface resistivity of antistatic thermal control coatings will decrease in the vacuum condition due to the increase of oxygen vacancies and the release of adsorbed oxygen.
