結構熱試驗中冷壁熱流邊界模擬方法研究
The cold-wall heat flux boundary condition simulation for the thermal-structure experiment

摘要: 在結構熱試驗中,由于受試驗手段的限制,對于熱載荷一般只能模擬熱壁熱流邊界,而無法模擬冷壁熱流邊界。文章討論了在結構熱試驗中進行冷壁熱流邊界模擬的試驗方法,并使該方法在結構熱試驗的控制算法中加以實現(xiàn),對結構熱試驗是一個有效的補充。Abstract: Due to the limitation of the current experiment technique, the thermal-structural experiment can only simulate the hot-wall heat flux boundary condition, but not that of the cold-wall heat flux. This paper discusses the way to handle the cold-wall heat flux boundary condition in the actual thermal-structure experiment, especially, with an accurate control loop algorithm in the entire experiment system as an effective assistant to the existing experiment system.
