A cooling CCD image system for fluorescence cell observation

  • 摘要: 細(xì)胞成像技術(shù)是研究細(xì)胞運(yùn)動、分裂和凋亡的必要手段,所以熒光條件下的細(xì)胞成像技術(shù)顯得尤為重要。為滿足熒光細(xì)胞觀察對微弱光信號的檢測和成像的要求,文章通過結(jié)構(gòu)和電路設(shè)計(jì),研制了一種用于熒光細(xì)胞觀察的制冷CCD成像系統(tǒng)。通過分析各組件的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了高效制冷結(jié)構(gòu),提高了細(xì)胞熒光觀察輸出圖像質(zhì)量。

     

    Abstract: As an important tool in the studies of the mobility, division and fate of cells, the cell image technology is very useful under the condition of fluorescence. In order to achieve signal detection in weak light level, a cooling CCD image system for fluorescence cell observation is developed, complete with the design of structure and circuits, which consists of CCD chips used for medical imaging, CCD drive circuit based on FPGA and cooling device with TEC. By analyzing the characteristics of modules, an efficient cooling structure is designed, to improve the quality of image.
