Effectiveness of C4I system for air and space integrated operation

摘要: 根據(jù)空天一體作戰(zhàn)指揮控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，建立了關(guān)于C4I系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型和指揮控制系統(tǒng)的邏輯模型，分析了該模型對未來空天作戰(zhàn)的影響。在建立的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)模型的基礎(chǔ)上，建立了編隊(duì)攻擊網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)構(gòu)模型。運(yùn)用梅特卡夫定律和組合數(shù)學(xué)相結(jié)合建立評估編隊(duì)能力指數(shù)的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。該算法與實(shí)際作戰(zhàn)相結(jié)合，能較好地量化作戰(zhàn)編隊(duì)的作戰(zhàn)效能。

Abstract: According to the configuration characteristics of the command and control system for air and space integrated operation, a model of configuration of C4I system and a logical model of the command and control system are built. The effects of the models on the future air and space integrated operation are analyzed. The model of formation attacking on ground is set up based on the above models. The standards of evaluation of the capacity of formation using the Metcalfe’s law and combinatory mathematics are discussed.
