“資源”衛(wèi)星軌控推力器羽流場數值模擬

Numerical simulation of a ZY satellite orbit-control thruster plume

  • 摘要: 文章以“資源”衛(wèi)星敏感表面污染問題的實際研究為目的,針對該衛(wèi)星20 N軌控推力器為對象,采用軸對稱分區(qū)和三維直接蒙特卡羅(DSMC)相結合的方法,模擬采用肼為推進劑的多組分羽流場,計算獲得了敏感表面的羽流及其反流特性。模擬結果表明,分子量越小的分子越容易進入反流區(qū),出現(xiàn)組分分離現(xiàn)象和非平衡效應。最后,與已有的文獻試驗結果相比較,表明模擬結果合理可信,為衛(wèi)星敏感表面的污染模擬打下基礎。

     

    Abstract: This paper carries out a contamination study of a ZY satellite sensitivity surface. For the 20 N orbit-control thruster, the simulation program combines the axial symmetry domain division with three-dimensional DSMC method, with the multi-species in the plume being considered. The plume filed and the return flux on the sensitive surface are obtained. The simulation results show that the molecule of smaller molecular weight is easier to come into the return flux, and to cause species separation and non-equilibrium effect. The simulation model is verified by comparing the simulated results with the experimental data. This paper provides some guidance for the contamination simulation of sensitive surfaces.
