摘要: 衛(wèi)星虛擬振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)可以預(yù)示試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,為試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。文章首先對振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的不同和信號(hào)數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸規(guī)律,將系統(tǒng)分為5個(gè)分系統(tǒng);研究各系統(tǒng)的特性,確定其在虛擬試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)中的仿真方法;然后重點(diǎn)闡釋臺(tái)體系統(tǒng)和振動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算機(jī)仿真方法;最后將虛擬振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與實(shí)際振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析,結(jié)果顯示兩者基本一致。Abstract: A virtual vibration test is used to predict the results of a real test, and therefore used to design a real test. A vibration test system can be divided into 5 subsystems with different signal transfer characteristics, which should be accordingly simulated. Numerical results are compared with those from real tests, with good agreement.
