航天器姿控發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)真空羽流場(chǎng)計(jì)算及其擾動(dòng)分析

Plume field and its perturbation analysis of a spacecraft attitude control thruster

  • 摘要: 航天器姿態(tài)控制發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作期間,產(chǎn)生的羽流擾動(dòng)力矩會(huì)影響控制精度,對(duì)流和輻射產(chǎn)生的熱效應(yīng)會(huì)影響熱控系統(tǒng)工作,羽流沉積物會(huì)影響光學(xué)敏感器的精度。文章以某航天器的20 N姿控發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)為例,首先采用工程的MOC方法計(jì)算其真空羽流場(chǎng);然后利用建立的航天器羽流三維沖擊模型分析了羽流對(duì)太陽(yáng)電池陣的沖擊載荷;最后對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)羽流脈沖激勵(lì)下太陽(yáng)電池陣的響應(yīng)和姿態(tài)控制系統(tǒng)受到的擾動(dòng)力矩進(jìn)行了仿真分析。結(jié)果表明姿控發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)羽流脈沖激勵(lì)將對(duì)控制精度和穩(wěn)定度產(chǎn)生不可忽視的影響。

     

    Abstract: The exhaust plume of attitude control thrusters may have various detrimental effects on spacecraft subsystems. The generated additional torques may reduce the attitude control precision. The convective and radiative heat exchanges by the plume may disturb the operation of the thermal control system. Contamination due to the plume would affect the performance of sensitive components such as optic sensors. In this paper, the vacuum plume field is numerically simulated by the MOC method of a 20 N thruster firstly. Then, the forces and torques induced by the plume impingement to the solar array are derived from the 3D plume impact model. Finally, the displacements of the solar array and the perturbations to the control system are analysed numerically. The pulsed stimulation of the plume shows that there is an appreciable damage on the attitude control precision and stability of the attitude control thruster.
