空間機(jī)構(gòu)集成技術(shù)的發(fā)展及建議

The advance of integration technology for space mechanisms

摘要: 空間機(jī)構(gòu)集成技術(shù)對(duì)空間機(jī)構(gòu)的可靠性至關(guān)重要。隨著大型桁架展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)、大面積柔性太陽(yáng)電池陣、長(zhǎng)壽命高性能伺服機(jī)構(gòu)、大型空間機(jī)械臂、空間智能探測(cè)器等新型部件的出現(xiàn)，對(duì)空間機(jī)構(gòu)集成技術(shù)提出了新的要求，使得空間機(jī)構(gòu)集成技術(shù)日益成為制約空間機(jī)構(gòu)技術(shù)發(fā)展的難點(diǎn)之一。文章對(duì)目前空間機(jī)構(gòu)集成技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展需求進(jìn)行分析，指出重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的方向并提出發(fā)展建議。

Abstract: The integration technology is critical to the reliability of space mechanisms. With the emergence of the large-scale deployable support truss, the large-scale flexible solar array, the long life servo mechanism with good performance, the large space manipulator and space intelligent probe, the space mechanism integration technology faces new challenges and becomes a key issue in the development of space technology. This paper reviews the present state and the potential development of the space mechanism integration technology, and proposes the future development direction.
