微小衛(wèi)星動力學(xué)環(huán)境試驗技術(shù)及試驗數(shù)據(jù)分析

Dynamic environmental test technology and data analysis for micro-satellites

  • 摘要: 文章重點針對某微小衛(wèi)星力學(xué)環(huán)境要求,對模擬環(huán)境試驗進行了相關(guān)設(shè)計,并對整星正弦和隨機振動試驗的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果進行分析處理,同時在試驗前后利用光學(xué)經(jīng)緯儀對整星結(jié)構(gòu)進行了精度測量。通過試驗和測量結(jié)果驗證了初樣星整星結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性,而且針對試驗中所存在的問題給出了相關(guān)解決辦法。該文對同類型微小衛(wèi)星的力學(xué)試驗驗證工作有一定的工程參考價值。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the success of the flight mission, it is necessary to check the ability of the satellite in conforming the mechanical environment. This paper presents the design of the mechanical environmental tests and analyses of the test results, according to the requirements of a certain micro-satellite on the mechanical environment. Meanwhile, the optical theodolite is used to measure the precision of the satellite structure before and after the tests. The results of the measurements and tests have not only validated the initial prototype structure, but also identified the problems and the solutions during the tests. This dynamic environmental tests provide a reliable basis for the formal prototype satellite structural optimization design.
