高精度紫外探測(cè)器定標(biāo)測(cè)試方法
High-accuracy calibration of UV detectors

摘要: 文章研究分析了紫外電學(xué)定標(biāo)探測(cè)器的主要光電不等效因素,并建立了基于紫外電學(xué)定標(biāo)探測(cè)器的紫外輻射定標(biāo)系統(tǒng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用紫外探測(cè)器定標(biāo)測(cè)試平臺(tái),開(kāi)展了紫外探測(cè)器的測(cè)試方法研究,響應(yīng)率定標(biāo)的總不確定度為3%~5%,相對(duì)光譜測(cè)試的總不確定度為3%。Abstract: The factors which may influence the optical- electrical equivalence of electrically calibrated pyroelectric detector(ECPR) are analyzed. The 7GLTA-004 detector was used to establish a UV electrically calibrated system and then a UV detector test platform for high-accuracy measurement of UV detectors. The uncertainty of the response test is about 3% to 5%, and that of the relative spectral test is about 3%.
