樣品溫度對原子氧環(huán)境下ITO/Kapton/Al涂層性能變化的影響

Influences of sample temperature on the property of ITO/Kapton/Al in atomic oxygen environment

  • 摘要: 文章利用原子氧環(huán)境地面模擬設(shè)備對航天器用材料ITO/Kapton/Al開展了原子氧環(huán)境試驗(yàn)研究。研究中選擇的原子氧積分通量為9.1×1019 atoms/cm2,試驗(yàn)真空度為10-2 Pa量級,樣品溫度分別選取為25℃、70℃、100℃、120℃和150℃,研究樣品溫度對原子氧環(huán)境模擬試驗(yàn)可能造成的影響。試驗(yàn)后利用高精度微量電子天平對樣品進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量損失測試并計算了材料的反應(yīng)率,利用TEMP 2000A便攜熱發(fā)射率測試儀和LPSR 300便攜光譜太陽吸收率測試儀分別對樣品的發(fā)射率和太陽吸收比進(jìn)行了測試。通過試驗(yàn)及分析發(fā)現(xiàn):ITO膜對基底材料的保護(hù)較好,材料在試驗(yàn)后質(zhì)量損失較少,原子氧反應(yīng)率較低;樣品溫度的變化對ITO/Kapton/Al材料的質(zhì)量損失影響較小,但對材料的熱物理性質(zhì)影響較大。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the atomic oxygen erosion effect on ITO/Kapton/Al by using the ground facility. Samples were exposed to a fluence of 9.1×1019 atoms/cm2 under 10-2 Pa vacuum condition. Sample temperatures 25℃, 70℃, 100℃, 120℃ and 150℃ were selected to reveal the possible influences of sample temperature on atomic oxygen effects. Mass loss of samples was measured by high precision micro-electron balance after the test to obtain the reaction ratio. Emissivity and solar absorbance were measured by TEMP 2000 and LPSR 300. It is shown that the ITO can well protect the base material and the mass loss and the reaction ratio of samples are low. Results also indicate that the sample temperature has little effect on the mass loss, but a great effect on the physical property.
