振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)條件在夾具動(dòng)態(tài)特性設(shè)計(jì)中的考慮
Vibration environmental test conditions in fixture dynamic characteristic design

摘要: 夾具作為試件與振動(dòng)設(shè)備之間的連接部件在振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)中起著非常重要的作用。為了減少夾具對(duì)試驗(yàn)的影響,文章采用有限元分析法進(jìn)行夾具動(dòng)態(tài)特性設(shè)計(jì),并結(jié)合一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例分析了振動(dòng)環(huán)境試驗(yàn)條件與夾具動(dòng)態(tài)特性的相關(guān)性。研究結(jié)果表明:在進(jìn)行較寬頻帶振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)時(shí),合理處理振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)條件與夾具固有頻率之間的關(guān)系,可減少夾具對(duì)試驗(yàn)的影響。Abstract: As the connector between the test specimen and the shaker'the fixture plays a very important role in the vibration test. In order to reduce its negative effect on the test. the finite element method iS used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of a fixture. A design example iS given to show the relation between the fixture dynamic characteristic design and the vibration environmentaI test conditions. It iS shown that the negative effect on the test can be reduced in a broad band vibration test if the natural frequencies of a fixture and the vibration test conditions can be matched properly.
