CAPP/MES/AVIDM integrated system based on product structure tree

摘要: 針對(duì)總裝生產(chǎn)管理的特點(diǎn)和業(yè)務(wù)需要，文章對(duì)CAPP、MES、AVIDM之間的集成思路、集成目標(biāo)、集成方案和應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行了介紹。此集成方案主要是基于統(tǒng)一的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)CAPP與AVIDM之間的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)樹(shù)、審批流程的集成，CAPP與MES之間的數(shù)據(jù)傳遞模式集成。通過(guò)對(duì)CAPP、MES、AVIDM的集成，有效地提升總裝生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)管理的質(zhì)量和效率，促進(jìn)了航天器總裝生產(chǎn)的信息化能力提升。

Abstract: Based on the features of satellite AIT process and management, this paper reviews the integration of CAPP/MES/AVIDM software system, including integration direction, integration goal, integration program, applications of the integrated system. With a unified product structure tree among CAPP, MES and AVIDM, their integration is implemented. By using the approval process of AVIDM, CAPP transfers the process data to MES reliably. The efficiency and the quality of management are improved and the information construction during aerospace AIT is accelerated.
