力限控制緩解“過試驗”原理分析與試驗驗證

The analysis of force-limited vibration tests

  • 摘要: 一般加速度控制的振動試驗中,在產(chǎn)品的共振頻率處存在“過試驗”現(xiàn)象。文章通過對基礎(chǔ)運動激勵下試驗件的結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)進行分析,研究“過試驗”產(chǎn)生的原因,說明在一階共振頻率處控制振動臺作用于試驗件的力可以解決過試驗問題。并成功地進行了衛(wèi)星承力筒力限控制振動試驗,對力限控制的有效性進行了驗證。

     

    Abstract: Generally, there will be over-testing near the natural frequency of the object in the vibration test controlled by acceleration only. This paper discusses the relationship between acceleration and excitation force, and analyzes why the over-testing happens. The over-testing at the natural frequency can be avoided by limiting the interface force between the object and the shaker. The test results show that this force-limited method can alleviate over-testing effectively.
