離子推進(jìn)器C/C復(fù)合材料柵極研究

C/C composite grid for ion thruster

  • 摘要: 柵極是離子推進(jìn)器的關(guān)鍵部件之一,直接影響推進(jìn)器的可靠性和壽命。由于C/C復(fù)合材料柵極具有比較小的熱膨脹系數(shù)和較強(qiáng)的耐濺射性,可以提高離子推進(jìn)器的可靠性并延長其壽命。文章通過調(diào)研綜述C/C復(fù)合材料柵極的研究和應(yīng)用發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,針對目前我國離子推進(jìn)器的研究發(fā)展水平,提出開展C/C復(fù)合材料柵極研究工作的初步思路。

     

    Abstract: The grid is one of the key components for ion thrusters, which has direct influence to the reliability and lifetime of the ion thruster. Due to its very low heat expansion coefficient and high anti-sputtering capability, the use of C/C composite for grid may help to improve the reliability and lifetime of ion thrusters. This paper reviews the research, development and application of C/C composite grids. Some suggestions about the research and development of ion thrusters in our country are put forward.
