Effect of nonlinearities in the joints on the amplitude-frequency response of a typical satellite structure

  • 摘要: 文章針對一個典型的衛(wèi)星桁架結(jié)構(gòu)建立了三自由度運動模型,分別引入間隙非線性和Iwan模型描述了非線性連接結(jié)構(gòu);利用數(shù)值方法研究了系統(tǒng)的頻率漂移,討論了間隙大小、預(yù)緊力(重力)、系統(tǒng)阻尼、隨機間隙及Iwan模型的參數(shù)對頻率漂移的影響;對比了兩種非線性連接結(jié)構(gòu)下系統(tǒng)頻率漂移的特點。研究表明,間隙結(jié)合預(yù)緊力條件可令結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)“硬彈簧-軟彈簧”特性的頻率漂移,遲滯和間隙兩種非線性引起的頻漂在幅頻曲線上表現(xiàn)出不同的特點。

     

    Abstract: For the system’s joints with a typical satellite truss structure and with a 3-DOF kinematic model, with gap and hysteresis nonlinearity described by the Iwan’s model, the frequency response is studied, and the two types of responses caused by the two kinds of nonlinearity are compared. The effects of the gap size, the preload (gravity), the system damping ratio, the random gaps, and the parameters of the Iwan’s model on the nonlinear response are discussed. It is found that the gap in the joints under a preload condition can cause the “hardening-softening spring” frequency-shift phenomenon for a particular satellite structure, and the “frequency-shift” in frequency response curves obtained by the two types of nonlinearity shows different characteristics.
