Active vibration isolation platforms with great-capability and their performance evaluation

  • 摘要: 文章從智能材料的特性、作動器的設(shè)計及配置方案,控制建模、控制算法、控制器設(shè)計等控制技術(shù),隔振方法、承力方案、連接結(jié)構(gòu)等結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計技術(shù)等幾方面對大載荷主動隔振平臺技術(shù)進行了綜述,對國內(nèi)外近幾年在大載荷隔振平臺研究開發(fā)中智能材料的應用、控制技術(shù)及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計等方面的研究進展做了較全面的總結(jié)與闡述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了隔振致穩(wěn)控制平臺承載能力、隔振致穩(wěn)控制平臺精度的評定方法。

     

    Abstract: A combination of advanced materials, structure dynamics and control techniques is required for intelligent vibration isolation platforms of international highest level. The research and development on the techniques of vibration isolation platforms are reviewed in terms of vibration isolation methods, supporting schemes, connecting configuration, application of intelligent materials, and control techniques. The performance evaluation on vibration isolation platforms is discussed.
