空間用薄膜電加熱器設(shè)計(jì)及熱均勻性測(cè)試

Structure design and themal uniformity of film-circuit heater for spacecrafts

  • 摘要: 針對(duì)空間飛行器用薄膜電加熱器的實(shí)際需求,設(shè)計(jì)了不同的布線形式,并分別對(duì)其進(jìn)行了數(shù)值求解和參數(shù)化繪圖。使用紅外熱像儀對(duì)所生產(chǎn)電加熱器樣品的溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明電加熱器溫度場(chǎng)在單條水平線內(nèi)的方均根差在2.79%以內(nèi),熱均勻性較好,方程求解和繪圖設(shè)計(jì)合理。此方法可應(yīng)用于薄膜電加熱器快速布線設(shè)計(jì),電加熱器熱均勻性能夠滿足較高的加熱控制需求。

     

    Abstract: According to the actual requirements of spacecran, different pattems are designed for the film-circuit heater. Two kinds of equatlons are solved the numerical approximation memod and me circuit diagrams are drawn based on me solutions of the equations and the drawing codes. Temperture data ofheater samples are acquired via the infrared camera and an analysis of heating uniformity is conducted. It is shown that the heating unifomlity of the film. circuit heater is good, and that the solutions of the equatlon and the graphics drawing program is reliable. The method presented in this paper can be applied to the design of the film-circuit heater, used in the field of high precision tempemture control.
