基于ANSYS對(duì)遙感器鋁合金鏡頭低溫環(huán)境試驗(yàn)技術(shù)的研究

  • 摘要: 為了給新型遙感器用鋁合金鏡頭提供良好的模擬試驗(yàn)環(huán)境,針對(duì)較低的溫度以及較高的溫度均勻性要求,為提高試驗(yàn)可靠性和工作效率,采用仿真計(jì)算與試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方式。運(yùn)用ANSYS軟件詳細(xì)分析試驗(yàn)過程中的三維溫度場(chǎng),預(yù)測(cè)整個(gè)過程的降溫趨勢(shì),以提前發(fā)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)中可能存在的潛在問題并做出有效的改進(jìn)。同時(shí)開展低溫條件下的試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:仿真計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果趨勢(shì)相符。通過仿真分析提前預(yù)測(cè)潛在的問題并對(duì)試驗(yàn)方案做出改進(jìn),有助于提高試驗(yàn)的可靠性和效率,也為日后的各類金屬鏡頭的低溫試驗(yàn)奠定了基礎(chǔ)、積累了經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

     

    Abstract: To provide good simulation environment for the new remote sensor with aluminum camera lens, against the test condition that has low temperature requirement and high well-distributed temperature requirement, we adopt numerical simulation combined with test, and use ANSYS software to conduct a detailed analysis in the three-dimensional temperature field for the lens to predict the temperature decreasing trend. In this way, we can detect the potential problems in advance in order to further improve. Results shows that the data of numerical simulation matches with the test results and it helps to improve the reliability and efficiency of low temperature tests for various metal camera lens in.
