低溫傳感器測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)基于MATLAB的 處理與分析

  • 摘要: 文章介紹基于MATLAB的低溫溫度傳感器測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的處理及分析方法,通過(guò)線性最小二乘法和無(wú)約束非線性優(yōu)化法中的擬合模型工具對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,其中包括多項(xiàng)式、雙曲線、冪函數(shù)、Steinhart-Hart經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式等擬合模型工具,以低溫溫度傳感器電阻與溫度數(shù)據(jù)的曲線擬合為例,開展了各種模型的曲線擬合比較分析。最后通過(guò)剩余標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差和相關(guān)系數(shù)兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)不同模型的擬合效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the applications of MATLAB software to the treatment of data from the cryogenic temperature sensor. Linear or non-linear least-square methods are used for curve fitting, including cubic polynomial model, hyperbola model, power function model and Steinhart-Hart equation, which are compared and analyzed by taking the temperature vs resistance curve of the cryogenic temperature sensor as an example. The fitting results of these methods are evaluated by the residual standard deviation and the correlative coefficient.
