月球車驅(qū)動(dòng)輪在模擬月壤上的沉陷特性實(shí)驗(yàn)分析

Analysis of sinkage of rigid driving wheel rolling on simulant lunar soil

  • 摘要: 車輪沉陷量是影響月球車通過性能的關(guān)鍵因素之一。文章用一種月球車的剛性車輪在模擬月壤上進(jìn)行了以不同滑轉(zhuǎn)率滾動(dòng)的沉陷量測試實(shí)驗(yàn);根據(jù)模擬月壤的加載和重復(fù)加載力學(xué)特性模型,探討了車輪首次通過和重復(fù)通過的沉陷量的計(jì)算方法,計(jì)算結(jié)果與測量值的差小于8%;進(jìn)一步分析了等重的兩軸和三軸月球車的后輪沉陷量。

     

    Abstract: Wheel sinkage is a key factor influencing the mobility of the lunar rover. A series of tests concerning a rigid wheel of the lunar rover rolling on stimulant lunar soil are performed in a soil bin, including the first-pass and the multi-passes through the same rut, and the wheel sinkage is measured. Based on the loading-deformation and the multiple loading-deformation model of the lunar soil simulation, a computational method for wheel sinkage is proposed. The difference of wheel sinkages between the computational results and the experimental results is less than 8%. Furthermore, the rear wheel sinkages of two-axle and three-axle lunar rovers are analyzed and compared.
