非接觸式表面電位探針設(shè)計與研制概述

  • 摘要: 在月球環(huán)境地面模擬實驗室中,月表土壤的模擬帶電情況測試需要用到非接觸式表面電位探針。文章設(shè)計了一種非接觸式表面電位探針,利用壓電陶瓷外加驅(qū)動電壓可產(chǎn)生形變的原理,以正弦電壓信號驅(qū)動壓電陶瓷周期振動,引起陶瓷片與被測帶電體表面間電容變化從而產(chǎn)生感應電流,通過對感應電流的測量計算得出被測表面的靜電電位。在實際工作中,其測量范圍可達到0~4000V,測量精度優(yōu)于5%。該儀器可廣泛應用于表面靜電帶電測量及其他空間靜電帶電測量項目。

     

    Abstract: The non-contact surface potential probe is mainly used in the lunar environment simulation laboratory in order to test the potential of the simulated lunar soil. The design is based on the non-contact Kelvin vibrating capacitor principle. The capacitance changes in the mechanical vibration between the probe and the charged surface would induce a current, so the potential of the charged surface can be calculated by measuring this induced current. On the other hand, the piezoelectric ceramics will undergo a deformation under an applied voltage. A sinusoidal voltage signal drives the piezoelectric ceramics to change the capacitance. The instrument is applied in the lunar environment simulation laboratory. The measurement range Can reach 0~4000V and the accuracy can be better than 5%. It can not only be used in the simulation laboratory, but also be used in other surface potential measurements, and eventually in the spacecraft charged measurement in space.
