新型高壓大功率開關(guān)功率放大器的研制

The development of a new switching mode amplifier with high voltage and large power

摘要: 文章針對大型電動振動臺的需求，提出了一種新型高壓大功率開關(guān)功率放大器的設(shè)計方法，采用絕緣柵雙極性晶體管（IGBT）全橋逆變電路和脈寬調(diào)制（PWM）集成控制電路來實現(xiàn)，研制出的樣機調(diào)試取得良好效果。文中還對大功率IGBT驅(qū)動電路、單極性倍頻PWM調(diào)制和輸出濾波器進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的討論。

Abstract: The paper presents the design of a new high-voltage and large-power switching mode amplifier using H-bridge inversion circuit with insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) and integrating control circuit with pulsed width modulation (PWM), according to the requirements of a large electrodynamics vibration generator. The developed prototype is debugged and good performance is displayed. The large power IGBT driver circuit, unipolar PWM double frequency modulation, and output filter are discussed in this paper.
