航天用安裝銅導(dǎo)線熔斷特性研究

The fhsing characteristics of copper wire in space application

  • 摘要: 文章研究了航天用安裝銅導(dǎo)線的熔斷特性與其過載電流的對應(yīng)關(guān)系。首先通過物理模型獲得銅導(dǎo)線的理論熔斷特性曲線;再結(jié)合航天的實(shí)際使用條件,采用Shooting Method以及最小方差法對物理模型進(jìn)行修正,獲得等效熱傳導(dǎo)系數(shù)kq值;建立與kq值相關(guān)的熔斷特性曲線,給出導(dǎo)線在大氣環(huán)境和真空環(huán)境下長期通電不發(fā)生熔斷的最大電流密度值。研究結(jié)果可為安全使用安裝導(dǎo)線提供參考。

     

    Abstract: This paper smdies the relationship between the fusing characteristics of copper wire and the overload current. Based on a physical model, the fusing curve for the copper wire is obtained. According to the space application of the copper wire, the shooting method and the minimum squares error method are used to modift the physical model, an equivalent heat conduction coefficienti kq obtained to establish the fusing curve. The maximum current density is given for the safe use under both vacuum and atmospheric conditions.
