Similarity law in the studies on atomic oxygen undercutting of materials

  • 摘要: 文章對有防護(hù)涂層材料的原子氧掏蝕效應(yīng)蒙特卡羅模型進(jìn)行了分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)該模型中蘊(yùn)含著幾何相似律，并基于相似律提出了可用于表示掏蝕歷程的特征量。數(shù)值模擬研究驗(yàn)證了相似律的正確性。

     

    Abstract: The Monte Carlo model for atomic oxygen undercutting of materials with protective coating is analyzed. It is found that a similarity law can be derived from that model and the characteristic parameters for describing the history of undercutting are proposed. The similarity law is verified by numerical simulations presented in this paper.
