航天器真空熱試驗(yàn)用加熱板的數(shù)值仿真

Numerical simulation of heating plate for spacecraft vacuum thermal test

  • 摘要: 文章針對(duì)加熱板在航天器熱試驗(yàn)中的傳熱特點(diǎn),利用Thermal Desktop軟件建立了加熱板和空間模擬器熱沉的熱數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了電熱絲數(shù)量、加熱板材料和液氮管路布置方式對(duì)加熱板升、降溫時(shí)間和溫度分布的影響;建立了模擬星、加熱板和熱沉的熱模型,分析了加熱板和星表間距對(duì)模擬星表面溫度的影響。根據(jù)分析研究結(jié)果,提出了加熱板設(shè)計(jì)及其在航天器熱試驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用方法建議。

     

    Abstract: According to the heat transfer characteristics of heating plate for spacecraft thermal test, the thermal mathematical models, including the heating plate and the heat sink of space simulator, were established using the Thermal Desktop software. The influence of heater interval, materials and the nitrogen pipeline distribution methods on the temperature distribution, and the time that it takes in increasing and decreasing temperature is analyzed. The thermal models of the heating plate, the heat sink and the spacecraft were built to study the influence of the distance between spacecraft and heating plate on spacecraft surface temperature Ⅳ ABSTRACTS OF THE PRESENT ISSUE variations. Based on the results, some suggestions related with the design and application of heating plate are made for the spacecraft thermal test.
