  • 摘要: 為滿足載人航天人-艙-服出艙活動(dòng)試驗(yàn)任務(wù)的需要，提高系統(tǒng)的可靠性，KM6載人航天器空間環(huán)境模擬設(shè)備的水平艙測控系統(tǒng)采用SIMATIC PCS7冗余集散控制系統(tǒng)的方式，對(duì)所有關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)包括控制計(jì)算機(jī)、CPU、電源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、I/O模塊等都進(jìn)行了冗余備份。文章較詳細(xì)地介紹了PCS7-400H冗余功能在測控系統(tǒng)中的實(shí)現(xiàn)及測量原理，并在KM6水平艙中的實(shí)際運(yùn)用中，大大地增加了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性。

     

    Abstract: To facilitate the astronauts extravehicular activities, and improve the system reliability, the SIMATIC PCS7 redundant distribution control system is adopted in the assistant KM6 device to simulate thermal and vacuum environments in space. In the control system, the key parts, including control computer, CPU, power supply, network, I/O module, are backed up. The redundant functions in the control system, the implementations and the measurement principles are discussed. With the application of the system in the KM6 horizontal chamber, the reliability and stability of the control system are enhanced greatly.
