計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工藝設(shè)計(jì)（CAPP）系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)備份模式的研究

The data backup mode of computer-aided process planning(CAPP)system

  • 摘要: 航天器工藝數(shù)據(jù)是航天器總裝過(guò)程中的重要數(shù)據(jù)，計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工藝設(shè)計(jì)（CAPP）系統(tǒng)是用于工藝數(shù)據(jù)編寫的信息化系統(tǒng)。為了對(duì)航天器工藝數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行可靠的備份，文章研究了適用于CAPP系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)備份模式。根據(jù)航天器工藝數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn)、CAPP的系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用情況，使用改進(jìn)的父子循環(huán)策略對(duì)航天器工藝數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行周期性的完全備份，制定了介質(zhì)覆蓋保護(hù)周期的計(jì)算公式，備份系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)采用LAN-Based方式，同時(shí)設(shè)定了合理的備份時(shí)間調(diào)度。依照此方案實(shí)施的備份作業(yè)取得了良好的運(yùn)行效果。

     

    Abstract: The aircraft process data is important to the aircraft assemble, and the computer-aided process planning (CAPP) system is an important information system for the assemble technical design. For the reliable backup of the process data, the relevant backup mode for the CAPP system is studied. According to the feature of the aircraft process data and the CAPP, an improved paaern of the parent-child strategy is proposed, to make a periodical full backup, and to calculate the period of the medium protection. The backup system uses the LAN-based infrastructure, with the rational time strategy, and has achieved a good result.
