  • 摘要: 超聲檢漏法是一種新型可快速定位漏點的無損檢測方法。文章對泄漏超聲進行了理論分析，說明了方向角、檢測距離等信號檢出影響因素，建立了真空系統(tǒng)泄漏CFD模型，進行參數(shù)計算，并進行了真空系統(tǒng)泄漏超聲檢測試驗和閥門內(nèi)漏超聲檢測試驗，總結(jié)出超聲檢漏試驗方法，并初步得到聲信號與泄漏量間的函數(shù)關(guān)系。

     

    Abstract: Ultrasonic leak testing is a new efficient method for locating leak sources. This paper studies the influence of the test direction angle, the test distance, and other factors. CFD vacuum system model is used to simulate the vacuum system leakage and related parameters are calculated. Experiments for vacuum system leakage and valve inlet leakage were carried out. An ultrasonic leakage testing method is proposed, and the relationship between the sound signal and leakage is found.
