熱沉用不銹鋼管銅翅片自動焊接技術研究

摘要: 熱沉是空間環(huán)境模擬設備的重要組成部分,,其主要功能是為試驗件提供冷黑環(huán)境,。不銹鋼管與銅翅片的管板結構熱沉是近幾年發(fā)展起來的一種新型熱沉,該熱沉制造的關鍵工藝—不銹鋼管與銅翅片的異質金屬焊接,。目前采用的焊接方法為手工鎢極氬弧焊(不填焊絲),,它在生產效率和產品可靠性方面不適應當前任務需求,急需研制不銹鋼管銅翅片自動焊接裝置,,進一步改進加工工藝方法,。文章詳細介紹了該自動焊接的工藝裝備研制和焊接技術參數的選擇。Abstract: As an important part of the space environment simulator, the thermal shroud is used to provide low temperature and black background. The structure of a stainless steel pipe welded with copper fins is a new type of thermal shroud developed in recent years. The key issue for this kind of thermal shroud is how to weld firmly the two different metallic materials parts. The manual argon arc weld used to be the main technology in the past, but its efficiency and reliability can not meet the current requirements. So an automatic welding device is developed to weld the stainless steel pipe and copper fins. This paper discusses its design and the welding parameters.
